1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tymmaa," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the tymmaa platform at tymmaaapk.com and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the tymmaa website, mobile-optimised site and all associated gaming, betting and payment services accessible via tymmaaapk.com.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the tymmaa platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the tymmaa registration process.
• "Funds" refers to the real-money balance held within an tymmaa Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by tymmaa including CNIC verification.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tymmaa. By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the tymmaa Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

tymmaa reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of tymmaa following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and use tymmaa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tymmaa strictly prohibits access by persons under 18.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, organisation or third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which the receipt of online casino or sports betting services from tymmaa is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have an active self-exclusion arrangement with tymmaa.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of any employee of tymmaa or any of its affiliated game providers.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the tymmaa Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may only hold one Account on tymmaa. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods are used.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. tymmaa will verify the information provided as part of the KYC process.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) using a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document before any withdrawal may be processed.
• tymmaa reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. tymmaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

5 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your tymmaa Account, whether authorised by you or not. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your tymmaa Account and not reuse it across other services.
• Never share your Account login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tymmaa's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain accessible, as these are used for Account security verifications.

tymmaa may temporarily suspend your Account access as a security precaution if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, and will notify you via your registered contact details.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

tymmaa supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on tymmaa:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the tymmaa cashier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified.
• tymmaa does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities where the funds represent borrowed money for gambling purposes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• tymmaa aims to process withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. tymmaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks that may extend processing times.
• tymmaa reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

tymmaa may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentive programmes to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are displayed on the applicable promotion page on tymmaa.
• Bonuses credited to your Account as Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• tymmaa reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a player Account.
• Players found to be abusing the tymmaa bonus system — including through the creation of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or other methods designed to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts suspended.
• tymmaa's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the tymmaa Platform, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC and all other covered markets:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are available within the tymmaa sportsbook.
• Bets are accepted entirely at tymmaa's discretion. tymmaa reserves the right to refuse, void or restrict any bet at any time, including bets placed at odds that were published in error.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market availability. Once a bet is confirmed on the tymmaa platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or declared void after less than the required play time has elapsed, tymmaa reserves the right to void all affected bets in accordance with sport-specific rules.
• Any bet placed using information obtained through unlawful means, or any form of insider knowledge exploitation, will be voided. The Account concerned will be subject to immediate suspension and investigation.

9 Casino Games

The following conditions apply to all casino game activity on tymmaa, including slots, live casino, table games, fishing games and instant games:

• All casino games on tymmaa use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer operations. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by tymmaa or the player.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or game malfunction, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. tymmaa's decision on malfunction-affected rounds is final.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• Players may not use any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence or mechanical assistance to play casino games on tymmaa.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tymmaa Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, voiding of winnings and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on tymmaa, either personally or in conjunction with others.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using third-party funds for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity via the tymmaa Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the tymmaa Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members or associates.

11 Responsible Gaming

tymmaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits within their Account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from tymmaa by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• tymmaa operates strict age verification procedures. Any player found to be under 18 will have their Account permanently closed.
• Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to seek independent support from BeGambleAware or Gamblers Anonymous.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

tymmaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or violation of applicable laws.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• Player request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to close the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tymmaa reserves the right to void pending bets and withhold any Bonus Funds. Real-money funds held in the Account wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of all required investigations, except where prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the tymmaa Platform — including but not limited to software, code, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text and design — is the intellectual property of tymmaa or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the tymmaa Platform without prior written consent from tymmaa.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• tymmaa's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
• tymmaa shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
• tymmaa shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, your failure to maintain Account security, or your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• tymmaa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any service interruption, technical failure or delay beyond its reasonable control.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tymmaa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, tymmaa will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tymmaa Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using tymmaa and contact customer support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tymmaa is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the tymmaa Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by tymmaa's regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you are encouraged to contact tymmaa's customer support team in the first instance. tymmaa commits to responding to all player complaints within 5 business days and to making genuine efforts to resolve disputes at the first point of contact.
